These almond butter chocolate chip cookies are simple, wholesome, and delicious! Using Ceres Organics almond meal and coconut flour these naturally gluten-free cookies can be enjoyed by everyone.


  • 1½ cups Ceres Organics Almond Meal
  • 3 tbsp Ceres Organics Coconut Flour
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Ceres Organics Coconut Oil, Virgin Cold-Pressed (room temperature)
  • 3 tbsp Ceres Organics Almond Butter
  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp Ceres Organics Brown Rice Malt Syrup
  • 70 grams dark chocolate, roughly chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together all ingredients (except chopped almonds) until smooth.
  3. Scoop out tablespoon portions of the cookie mixture and arrange onto prepared baking sheet, allowing space in between for expansion. Flatten slightly with a fork and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
  4. Bake for about 10-13 minutes, until golden brown at the edges. Allow to cool on tray before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
