This light and refreshing Berry Coconut Cooler is made with our gently brewed organic Berry Fruits tea and paired with hydrating coconut and sparkling water. Hydrating, fruity and naturally delicious, it’s perfect for warm days or when you’re after an alcohol-free drink that feels a little indulgent!

ingredients

  • 1 Ceres Organics Berry Fruits Tea bag
  • ½ cup (100ml) hot water
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup sparkling water
  • Optional: fresh berries to garnish and 1 tsp Ceres Organics Maple Syrup for added sweetness

method

  1. Steep the berry fruits tea bag in hot water for 5–15 minutes, depending on flavour preference.
  2. Remove the tea bag and allow the tea to cool completely.
  3. Stir the coconut water into the cooled tea.
  4. In a tall glass, add a few ice cubes (and optional berries).
  5. Pour in the tea mixture and top with sparkling water.
  6. Optional: Stir in maple syrup for added sweetness.
