healthy chocolate crackles
The perfect quick snack, or after school treat, a healthier variety than the one we had as a kids! We have added ground flax seeds for added essential fatty acids, and psyllium husk for added fiber. You can also substitute the cacao for carob powder and the maple syrup for rice malt syrup.

ingredients
- 6 rice cakes Organic Brown Rice Cakes, no added salt
- 1 Tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
- 1 Tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
- 100ml melted Organic Cacao Butter
- 1 tsp Organic Ground Flaxseed
- 1 tsp Organic Psyllium Husks
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix, then transfer to a lined mini cupcake tray.
- Place in the fridge or freezer for 1hr to set. Enjoy!
